Working together with Cascadia Architects, toward the design and construction of a 6000+sf custom home on a large irregularly shaped lot in south Oak Bay. The unusual configuration of the massing of the home was a physical response to the orientation of the expansive water views to the south and east and the lot’s own unusual relationship to the surrounding street network.
