Located just off Beach Drive, the Irving House is a 3200sf custom single family build for a retired couple from the Mainland.  The home owner being an avid gardener - the house was designed to include Victoria's first in-ground storm water retention system, able to harvest 6000 gallons of roof water in 2 massive underground tanks.
